Brian Krause: Uilleann Pipes

The Uilleann Pipes are pitched in D, the common pitch for an Irish Session. They are narrow bored and made from African Ebony with the stocks and mounts made from other timbers such as Rosewood & Cherry.
All ferrulles and tubing are handmade from Nickel Silver sheeting.
The keywork is made from Sterling Silver and the mainstocks of all pipes are hollow.

The bags are hand stitched from Irish Leather.

All chanters come ready to be fully keyed as standard, i.e. stop key,C natural,B flat,G sharp and side F natural.

The waiting time for an instrument is from 1 to 2 years.

Left-handed sets can be provided and all sets come supplied with a hard case.
